Agreement
These Terms govern your use of the Neon Trail website and macOS application. By purchasing, downloading, or using Neon Trail, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the product.
License
Subject to these Terms and payment of the applicable one-time price, Neon Trail grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the app for personal or business purposes.
The Solo plan may be activated on one Mac. The Duo plan may be activated on up to two Macs. You may deactivate a Mac to move your license to another Mac, provided you remain within your plan’s device limit.
Restrictions
You may not resell, sublicense, share, publish, or distribute the app or your license key; bypass activation or device limits; use the product unlawfully; or reverse engineer the app except where applicable law expressly permits it.
Purchases and refunds
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, the merchant of record. Its Buyer Terms apply to checkout, payment, taxes, refunds, and chargebacks. Prices and plan details shown at checkout control your purchase. For purchase or refund help, email daodnq@gmail.com.
Updates and support
Your purchase includes the future updates described on the purchase page. We may change, improve, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary.
If you encounter a bug, email daodnq@gmail.com for free support. We will make reasonable efforts to help, but do not promise a specific response time or that every issue can be fixed.
Ownership
Neon Trail and its software, design, branding, and content remain owned by Neon Trail and its licensors. These Terms give you permission to use the app; they do not transfer ownership or intellectual-property rights.
Availability and warranty disclaimer
Neon Trail is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or warranties that cannot legally be excluded.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Neon Trail will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits, or business opportunities arising from the product. Our total liability relating to Neon Trail will not exceed the amount you paid for the product. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.
Termination
Your license may be suspended or terminated if you materially breach these Terms, commit fraud, reverse a valid payment, or misuse the activation service. Sections that by their nature should continue after termination will survive.
Applicable law and changes
Applicable consumer-protection and other mandatory laws remain in effect. Any dispute will be handled under the laws and courts that validly apply to the parties and transaction.
We may update these Terms for future use of the product. Material changes will be identified by a revised effective date. Changes will not retroactively remove rights already granted for a completed purchase unless required by law.
